Terms of Service
Effective November 4, 2026
These terms cover this website and our Ops Diagnostic. Handable is a business name of Delicious Holdings LLC, a California-based company ("we" or "us"). Implementation and retainer work is covered by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
The Ops Diagnostic
The Diagnostic is a fixed-scope review of your operations, delivered as a savings report and a 90-day roadmap. We confirm scope and price with you in writing before you pay. Savings figures are estimates based on what we find. They aren't a guarantee of future results.
Payment
We accept online payment, ACH, and check. Payment is due before kickoff. If you proceed with implementation within 30 days of receiving your report, your Diagnostic fee is credited toward it.
Refunds
- Before kickoff: full refund, for any reason.
- Savings guarantee: if your report doesn't identify estimated annual savings at least equal to your Diagnostic fee, we'll refund the fee. Ask within 14 days of receiving the report.
- Otherwise: once work starts, the fee isn't refundable.
- If you've used the credit: a fee credited toward implementation can't also be refunded.
Refunds go back through the original payment method when possible, usually within 10 business days.
